Castle Films though was sort of the pre-home video company of it's time that sold 8/16mm prints to the general public for the usual home exhibition. They were though owned through a subsidiary of Universal Pictures, and often sold abridge digests of feature films from Universal as well as the Walter Lantz Cartune library.
